In 2022, Workday hosted its very first in-person DevCon — a developer conference created to drive the Workday Platform directly to the developer community. Attendees could take in keynotes and breakouts, participate in hands-on demos, and network with other community members.
OVERVIEW
ROLE
My co-lead, Aly Cunningham, and I created the visual identity and executed the entire event under a tight three-month deadline.
PROCESS
Developed the full event visual identity from scratch.
Worked with the developer teams and our vendor to build the digital experience, registration path, and onsite production.
Designed supporting assets including the event homepage, coasters, and event shirt.
IMPACT
Delivered a complete, on-brand first-time conference experience — identity, digital, and onsite — inside a three-month window, establishing DevCon as a recurring touchpoint for Workday's developer community.
